  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, S&T GeoTronics LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, S&T GeoTronics LLC ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Germany, U.K., Norway, etc. If your International location is not currently supported, jusk ask & we will look into adding it. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

     

    Turnaround

    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

    Carriers

    We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

    FedEx
    DHL

    Order Tracking

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we can ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we would ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

     



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. S&T GeoTronics LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options. S&T GeoTronics LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Here’s how it works…

    First 30 Days

    If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you in their original condition, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment. This even applies to Kits, as long as you have not soldered any of the components.

    After 30 Days

    If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 30 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.

    In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20 percent of the purchase price.
